Team rider Rob Hope has been working with Jack Day, aka Salty Shapes for the last few years and together they have been putting the “Sea Saw” through its paces.

Incorporating a step deck on both nose and tail Jack, Rob and other team rider and customers alike have been getting gravity defying nose rides in even the slackest of conditions

We wanted to start working with Jack through the shop and start to put something together under the Roma Surfboards name. This is the MK1 “Roma SeaSaw” and features a more parallel almost double ended template. A longer extended “step” in the nose reduces the swing weight and the deep step in the tail allows for plenty of tail lift and reduced thickness helping manoeuvre the board off the tail and keep it locked in the pocket
